Christmas Table(s)

On Christmas Day we have brunch at my house and dinner at my parents’ home.   Homemade cinnamon rolls, sausage & egg casserole, cinnamon apples, smoked gouda grits, bacon, and fresh squeezed orange juice was on the menu this year. I make everything ahead of time (except the grits) so that Christmas morning is as stress-free as possible.

Check out my paper plates below.  Can’t get much better than that!  Target came through for me once again.  Clean up was a breeze.  There are two plates below although you can’t really tell from the photo.

My mom used her Christmas china for dinner.  My dad has to turn the table diagonally to fit our family.

Isn’t her table pretty?

We open Christmas crackers during dinner each year.  The silly joke, toy, and hat always provide a good laugh.  Lacey got a real kick out of it this year.

Poor Reid!  He was done. He was such a trooper all day though.
