Well, I survived the blizzard of 2011. I’m joking about the blizzard but not about the survival. Things in our city were shut down almost all week last week because of snow and ice. No school, no activities, no driving. Combine that with a pair of ear infections and suffice it to say we are ready for a new week. I might have even gotten tired of hot chocolate and pajamas. Crazy, I know.
Here at the Two Story Cottage I have dedicated the month of January to finishing what I have already started. Boooooring. Lots of random touch-up paint, spackling, and other not-so-fun stuff. No crafts, no new projects, and no late night brainstorming sessions.
Now for some exciting news….Meet my new decorating partner.
Mr. C got me a new drill for Christmas! Actually I got two new drills (thanks, Dad) but I returned one for a giftcard to Lowe’s. I can’t wait to get started on some new projects. Stay tuned!
