Dear Friends,
Are you as excited about spring as I am? Here in NC, March is the month of unpredictability. One day it is 40 degrees and the next it is 80. I’m not complaining at all but you have to watch the weather forecast!
My spring mantel is complete. I used a lot of the same components from my winter mantel but in different ways. I like the challenge of making something “new” with some of the same pieces.
I bought two sprigs of flowers, burlap, scrapbook paper, and the blue bird from Michael’s. It was only about $12 total. I will have a little tutorial on the vases later in the week! All of the flowers were wire so they were easy to intertwine – no floral wire required.

Your mantel is sweet. The subtle blue bird looks so pretty there! I’m loving the burlap vases. A LOT!!!! That’ll be fun to see the tutorial on them!!! And the eggs in the vase! LOVE!!

I love the wreath and window display. Great idea about the scrapbook paper to change the window look. Here in Georgia we have to constantly watch the weather too. But nice to know that Spring is offically here. Yea!
