I am excited to share my pictures from our trip to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios in Florida. Being a HUGE fan and a mere Muggle I was overjoyed at the chance to experience the magic.

We also got to check out the rest of Universal Studios. We had dinner at Hard Rock Cafe. So cool! I used to have a collection of their shirts.
Even though I generally don’t like surprises (planner here – guilty as charged) I have to say that this trip was worth the wait! I knew we were going somewhere but I did not know where until the day before when the owl delivered my Hogwarts summons. I was nervous about leaving Reid but the kids loved every minute they spent with their grandparents! It was exhilerating to ride roller coasters & run around like teenagers. Not to mention sleeping in and hanging by the pool. Oh, and it was 90 degrees in Florida and 35 degrees and raining in NC so that was icing on the cake.
I look forward to returning one day with the kids when they are older!
