Dear Friends,
Is another year really almost over? Moving to our new house definitely made this year a little different from most. It divided it squarely into “before the move” & “after the move” with the few months on either side bathed in considerable chaos.
I’ve finally been able to get a few projects underway during the last couple of months and I can’t wait to show you more of what I’m working on! However, right now it’s time to rewind and look back at the best of 2011.

Being Mom to Lacey & Reid is my #1 job so I have to include them in my best projects. 
Thanks for sticking with me during this crazy year. I was forced to blog outside the box a little bit with the move (less projects) but I think it was a good learning experience. I’ve got all kinds of things lined up so stay tuned in 2012!

Dear Erin – in my opinion (humble as it is), anyone who manages to move house without (a) getting divorced and (b) having a heart attack, has had a VERY successful year!!!! Looking forward to your creations in 2012! xxx

Overflowing with Creativity
You surely went through a lot of changes this past year, especially with the move! The swings reminded me of ones my daughter had….however the cross beam they had had been screwed directly into the tree. It had huge screws or whatever and during one really bad storm one came out! Thankfully they had some ropes tied to the beam incase anything like this should happen!
Moving is a huge deal – especially with little ones. So I’d say it was a successful year! Love your projects – especially that little reading nook – it’s so cute!
